Welcome to a special Bloodstains compilation, the first by a state in the heart of Germany. It's Hessen, the beautiful country where I live and it's full with rare stuff from the period 1981 to 1995. I don't know why I always reading, that this compilation has a shit sound and then I wonder, what did you expect, asshole? Be thankful that after many many years a new Bloodstains record is out and again full with damn rarities and awesome artwork to that. You see, there are idiots everywhere who are not satisfied with anything. Fuck them, I think this record is overdue and besides the ingenious Killed By Death #26 and a few more compilations, this is a well-kept overview, besides the well-known bands, what was alive in the second largest state on earth.
Eighteen catchy rare bollox on this record, pressed in red vinyl and limited to 666 copies, includes an insert with liner notes. What more do you want? I hope there will always be people who make these rare pearls accessible to us, you are the best!

One more today and let's have a look on Europe. On this trip we're back in the years 1978-1982 and meet fifteen rare punk blasts with dirty sound and useless lyrics which no one wants listen to. The Scandinavian region is here the most represented because the people there have nothing better to do as make nasty noises in any cellars to terrorize decent well-behaved neighbors. Even in the south the so-called outsiders leads to this tradition and celebrates gruesome sounds too. Occasion for another civil war? This morning I listen to a lot of old UK punk bands and I can't get enough from all these classics. So here's a great compilation of tracks taken from rare punk records and I'm sure you need no further details. The Bloodstains records are always limited to 500 copies and since 1992 at the start. The CD releases have mostly bonus tracks on it but who wants CD's? I prefer vinyl even if it needs more space, anyway. I finish the month of March with this pretty compilation of bands from Spain. In this country, we were happy to host and I can recommend anyone to visit this land. There's a lot historical to see, pleasant climate, people who talk like a machine gun, delicious food ... and finally cool music. Reliable and rare material from the early 80s is impressively cobbled together and for me one of the best Bloodstains records. I think no more than 500 copies were pressed - Anyway, sit back and enjoy!!!

Amazing assortment of rare stuff from around the world on this Bloodstains compilation and it is truly remarkable where all finest punk rock was celebrated. When the songs have been recorded no one takes care and the bands disappeared quickly in the vast ocean and today their 7inches are highly sought and fuckin' costly. Crazy World or ???? Anyway, without www and music junkies around the world we never came in touch with those goodies. This record proves that. The only deficit here: The covers are cheap photocopied foldovers and no info sheet enclosed. Well fuck it, the music is excellent.

This was my first Bloodstains compi I bought back in 1997. Denmark is a very small country and there's only been a good handful of records being released over the magic years from 1978 - 1982. Most of them are surprisingly good as well as impossible to find nowadays. So reason enough for another fine compilation with unknown rare classics from the old days. A good half of the whole early Danish punk releases has been put out by Irmgard, the most important independent label at that time. Maybe the only one too. The complete label name reads "Irmgardzweimalnebendrittenscheissenplattenbrechtenihredinger". So now you all know. Note there are 25 Cuts on the LP and not 24, Song #9 is also taken from the legendary 'Concert Of The Moment' Live LP. There are many copies from this slab in the net but I was not content with those rips so I do it by myself, hope you enjoy it. All cover artwork included and now let the old days come in.
