V/A - Bloodstains Across The UK 4 1999

This morning I listen to a lot of old UK punk bands and I can't get enough from all these classics. So here's a great compilation of tracks taken from rare punk records and I'm sure you need no further details. The Bloodstains records are always limited to 500 copies and since 1992 at the start. The CD releases have mostly bonus tracks on it but who wants CD's? I prefer vinyl even if it needs more space, anyway. Here are eighteen essential punk rock blasts and the song selection is quite good, no failure, check other volumes on wdthtc - a must have! A small note at the end: song #2 is not 'Disco Veteran', it's 'I've Seen It, Vomit', if interested.

THE LIMPS - Try And See 7'' 1980

Another killer re-release and like the French makers of Chameleon Records, the British have an adequate pendant called Love Child Records to revive rare missing goodies from the united kingdom: "Previously unreleased until now! We’re very excited to be releasing this lost punk new wave classic Try & See. Originally recorded in the summer of 1980. Limited press & “The Limps were a Punk band from Annan that were signed to the Matchbox Classics independent record label based in Carlisle. The band was comprised of Chuck, Andy,Tam and Dee Dee. They formed Matchbox Classics with the band ‘No Support’ when each member of both bands put £50 in each to fund the creation of a split EP entitled ‘Opposite Sides’ in 1979, the same year they also released another split with ‘No Support’ called ‘Another Matchbox Classic”.The band also recorded a clutch of other great tracks which we will be releasing in the coming months, two of which are included here were recorded the following year in the summer of 1980 Love Child Records are more than happy to put out these long-lost pieces of '80 New Wave/Punk tracks out in full colour sleeve with flipback sides. V/A - It's A Youth Explosion! Vol.1 2020

Dear followers & visitors, there is a new little series from Heavy Soul Records and what the creators are unveiling here is first class stuff that is pretty close to the KBD compis, and yes, even better because most of the songs are unreleased, jaja... and described as follows: Fourteen rare & unreleased tracks taking in all that was good from 1977-1984ish. You get Punk, New Wave, and Mod revival all within the amazingly created artwork from Alf Button's Revenge. All fully remastered from a whole source of different formats to create a sound crispier than a bag of Wotsits! The names may not be familiar, but the "Sounds From The Street" created will certainly take you back to when all you needed in life was an LP by The Damned, Clash or Jam and a guitar, bass and drums. All original tracks, by a whole range of musical talent. So a perfect gathering of unearthed classics, limited edition is to be specified but no one knows how many copies were actually pressed... who cares!

V/A - The 1055 Post Compilation 2012

Yeah!!!, the 1055th post! Hardcore readers of my blog know this was a sampler for the good old long long gone WildDevilRules Blog and I thought this compilation is today as well as four years ago. I want to thank everyone in the first place who helped me with advice and support, sent me nice emails & awesome music and those who left their comments. A big special thx goes to Fredrik, Reinhard & François which supply me with rare, new and interesting material and I hope our connection still holds on for long, You Three ROCKS!!! Further Henner & Sunny, Count Yorga (hope you all feel ok) and all those beautiful people who I forget, for YOU!! is this sampler made and of course, for my loyal followers. That time I was ready to close WDR because the trouble with mediafire was extremely annoying and all files were with a slip henceforth wiped. A lot of good Blogs closed and I was not alone with this shit and I cannot understand these methods but I say "Fuck Them", I just love this kind of hobby and the work I put in is so much as they can't push me so easy out..... Second volume in the series and more corking unreleased and rare blasts by rather unknown UK bands from 1978 - 1984 on Heavy Soul Records and this compilation was also published as limited edition, how many is not specified, I guess 500 or 1000 copies. And as on Volume 1, again fourteen lost masterpieces come together that amaze and delight us all. Especially when it's freezing cold outside and many are punished with a fucking flu or something like that, like me (no taste for anything sucks), and the only thing left is to stay on the couch or in bed, but there is no room for boredom and it quickly gets better with lively music, the best medicine. In addition, the World Cup is just as entertaining and provides a welcome change, but tea and pills are not standard. Fuck it, it will pass as well. Enjoy the music wherever you are. Cheers!
