The Exit was a punk band from the South Side of Chicago in the late 1970s. They were short lived and only played a handful of shows (one of those was in Calumet City), though they did manage to put out this one rare record (500 copies) in 1979. Some sleeves were made on blue paper stock. Not much else is known about them. This 7'' contains two typical '77 style numbers as I love it, melodic, dirty guitars, a harsh voice and with driving rhythm that screams for more. Unfortunately does not, too bad. Can be found on Killed By Death #19 (comes soon).
