Now an album for special occasions. We're in Finland, and anyone who knows the band knows what to expect: fast-paced Hardcore classics with minimal variation. And honestly, I don't understand a fucking word the singer is saying, which is sometimes good but also kind of annoying because the lyrics get lost in the sound. Well, personally, it doesn't bother me because the intensity and aggression are part of the genre, and if you're having trouble with your girlfriend or want to get rid of some boring visitors, put on this record and you'll be free again. Believe me, this helps! Short basics: the Tornio-based Hardcore Punx Terveet Kädet were active from 1980-2016 and this is, I think, their second album via Barabbas Records. The band's name is abbreviated as TK on the cover. Unlike the band's previous works, the lyrics are in English and this album is the last release to feature the band's original guitarist Tiimo Viik. His replacement was A. W. Yrjänä, who was only ninetten years old and was given the task of composing new songs for the band's next record. - Terveet Kädet played a few festival gigs in the summer of 2019 and a short club tour in September which they played only their Eighties material. Their latest album, Kaikki Kaikkia Vastaan, was released in 2023 and those guys are still active. Now curtain up for twenty loud heart attacks, some with a bit of a metal edge, that will drill their way into your fucking mind, I hope you don't get any long-term damages.
