This month I will try to post some requests, Wanted_List and rare stuff and should someone have anything from the adjacent list please send. Start with the Toy Dolls and their rare single that appeared 1982 on Zonophone. To the band just a few words because I think everyone knows them. In a Nutshell, the band began in Sunderland, North East UK in October 1979. Throughout the past 30 years+ The Toy Dolls have built up one of the strongest most loyal fan bases known to a Punkband on this level. Live I've never seen but musically the fun combo par excellence. The right opener for breakfast.

They were from just up the road from me and I saw them loads of times in their early days. They were hilarious. Olga would strip off his shirt and then flex his 'muscles' as if he was a fine figure of a man! Then at the end of the set while the crowd were screaming for an encore Olga would play a medley of guitar licks from the dressing room (guitar stillplugged in with a very long lead) before they all burst out to do one last number. Olga's quite the showman and a brilliant guitarist too!
