Here's again something special for you. The first five 7inches by this classic UK punkers Action Pact! from Stanwell in Middlesex, formed in 1981 as the Bad Samaritans by guitarist Wild Planet, bassist Dr. Phibes, and drummer Joe Fungus. The John from Dead Mans Shadow (D.M.S.) was the band's original lead singer. He left the band to concentrate on D.M.S. He was replaced by George Cheex, who got the job because of "her courage to scream along with the band's songs." Action Pact! stands for a solide punk sound with fine melodies, plus female vox and they released all their records on FallOut, a cool label on which other well-known bands also published small round music parts. In Autumn 1985 the band split up. Enough useless words, start the music!
